The management of cucum-ber production is very complicated and it demands for a large amount of specialized experiences. To meetthis demand, and to meliorate the situation of domain expert scarcity as well as to conserve and spread theknow ledge and experiences of experts, the Expert System of Cucumber Greenhouse Culture was devel-oped. This Expert System can provide users with cucum ber cultural technology under different environ-m ental conditions and in different grow th stages, including planting, controlling of diseases and insectpests.
