School of Traffic, Northeast Forestry University, Heilongjiang Harbin 150040 China ) Abstract : In this paper, in order to efficiently collect and use solar energy, the authors designed a physical device and sys- tem can be used for solar energy automatic tracking light in micro-plant factory. From three aspects of mechanical design,  hardware circuit design and design of solar energy automatic tracking light, the authors introduced hardware and software con- stitution of this system, and expounded workflow and software flow of solar energy automatic tracking light. Then, the au- thors determined design scheme of algorithm of solar energy automatic tracking light, and designed hardware circuits of this  system, including light intensity measuring circuit, voltage regulator circuit of power management system and double-shaft DC  motor drive system circuit. In the end, the authors pointed out that the system realized closed-loop control of double-shaft DC  motor, which may greatly improve accuracy and efficiency of automatic tracking light and has important strategic significance  on solving energy problems by fully exploiting and utilizing solar energy.
