一般我们推荐按幕布型号标识所列朝向 Aluminum screens should be installed with the shiny side up 幕布铺设时应尽量减少摩擦力 建议采用带轴承或者特氟龙接触面的钢管穿在幕布的卷轴内 以减少拖拽幕布时因阻力过大而造成的编织结构变形 To pull in the screens with minimum friction we recommend using a steel tube in aholder with bearings or a Teflon holder This will reduce stretching of the screenwhile pulling it in 注意 不可使用铝箔轧制设备 避免对幕布造成损坏 Note Foil rolling devices are not recommended as they can damage the screen 幕布拉开时 要保证开角不小于 110 并在幕布下垫一根直径不小于 125mm 的光滑塑料管 人工双侧引导 使幕布松弛展平 每隔一段距离 10m 左右 应有一人递送幕布 避免幕布因拖拽阻力过大而损伤 禁止将幕布拢捆拖拽 When pulling in the screen make sure that the angle is greater for sharp objects like heating installations crop hooks profiles etc 如果幕布需要裁剪到一定的长度时 请现在幕布准备裁切的位置黏贴一道透明胶带 再使用热熔刀或电剪刀裁切 裁切时请使用辅助工具标记裁切位置和裁切线 保证每块幕布边缘位 置一致 When there is more than one sheet on a roll you can cut the extra part of screenwith a hot knife or power scissors 固定幕布Mounting幕布铺设完毕后 为消除幕布长度方向的张力 宜按照每隔 50m 用其他材料预留一些密封兜 幕布在铺设时尽量铺平 幕布铺设完毕后 应将幕布先静置 24 小时 使其消除因拖拽产生的形变 然后再进行拉紧作业 After pulling in 使幕布能够得到有效支 撑 During fire the screen fabric has a tendency to shrink Make sure that both the backedge and the leading edge will not come loose during fire but remain connectedto the leading edge profile or tube and truss or steel support wire 请在更换幕布时同时更换托幕线 In sliding systems always use new support wires when installing screens
